To be responsible for external cultural exchange as well as with Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions; to research and formulate regulations on provincial external cultural exchange; to arrange and organized external cultural exchange items; to apply, examine and approve external cultural exchange activities in accordance with the provided limits of authority.
