Mr. Jin Genchu is in charge of mass culture, libraries, security work and ¡°Bringing Culture to Countryside¡± project as well as assists the director-general in charge of planning finance and infrastructure construction.

Jin Genchu, male, member of CPC, was born in April 1950. He joined the PLA in 1969. He was ever secretary of Communist Youth League of the department, section chief of security, deputy director of Inspecting Discipline Team of Zhejiang Provincial Commission For Inspecting Discipline, director of Supervising and Auditing division and director of Inspecting Discipline Team.
