Mr. Zhao Heping is in charge of artistic creation, production and marketing operation as well as artistic research and education, artistic performing troupes renovation and bringing culture to the countryside. He presides over the Art division.

Zhao Heping, male, member of CPC, was born in March 1955. He started to work in April 1971. He was ever member of the Standing Committee of Dongyang Commission For Inspecting Discipline, deputy director of Dongyang Organizing Department, member of the Standing Committee of Dongyang Party Committee, director of Dongyang Propaganda Department, managing director of Zhejiang Film Production Company and general manager of Zhejiang General Film Company.
