Mr. Tian Yuyuan is in charge of management of cultural market, cultural industry, films production and cinemas, cultural science and technology. He presides over Industry and Cinema division and Cultural Market Management division.

Tian Yuyuan, male, member of CPC, postgraduate of CPC Central College, bachelor of law, was born in June 1958. He joined the PLA in December 1976.

He was ever deputy director of Personnel division, Office director of Zhejiang General Publishing House and Publishing Administrative Bureau, Party Committee secretary and deputy director of Zhejiang Xinhua Printing Company, principal of Hangzhou Publishing School, Office director and member of the Party Committee of Zhejiang General Publishing House and Publishing Administrative Bureau, member of the Party Committee and secretary of Zhejiang Federation of Literary and Art Circles.
