Mr. Qi Youwei is in charge of the external cultural exchange, the affairs of the
CPC, the labor union and the Communist Youth League of provincial cultural units,
discipline inspecting, supervising and auditing. He presides over the Foreign
Affairs division, Supervising and Auditing division and Directly Affiliated Units
Party Committee.
Qi Youwei, male, member of CPC, was born in June 1951. He joined the PLA in October
1968. He was ever a political instructor of a PLA company, political commissar
of a regiment, division director of Political Department, political commissar
of a division. He transferred to civilian work in 1997.
